Model 991 Bb Mariachi Premier Trumpet
Often referred to as the “Kanstulation”, the Model 991 was inspired by great medium bore trumpets of the past. A carefully balanced 5 1/4″ diameter bell and medium sized .437″ bore makes this a very efficient player.
The “Mariachi Premier” has a big, brilliant sound suitable for solo, lead, big band and Latin playing. It looks as beautiful as it sounds with a bright silver plate finish, gold plated trim and special gold wash inside the bell.
Over the years we’ve seen this one played by Jose Hernandez of Mariachi Sol de Mexico, as well as Steve Reid, Dontae Winslow, Phil Driscoll and Rashawn Ross!
