The Martin Committee trumpet. Originally designed as a collaboration among giants of the jazz age, this legendary horn went on to make history with its dark, warm sound. Dizzy played one. Miles played one, as has Chet Baker, Clarke Terry, Maynard Ferguson and many other greats. Faithfully based on the original design, we are now handcrafting a reissue of this iconic trumpet as the Model 1603 – down to the classic #3 bore specs and with the Kanstul commitment to 100% USA-built quality.
